Returns & Shipping Policy
If you’re not satisfied, neither are we.
We accept returns and we will provide a full refund within 30 business days from the date you have received the merchandise, under the following conditions:
- We will only accept returns on products purchased directly from Gizmotron.com
- Merchandise must be in the same condition it was originally received, and must include all parts, accessories and original packaging. Merchandise that is worn, missing parts, accessories or original packaging will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny returns for damaged or abused merchandise.
- All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number. Email email@example.com to obtain an RMA number.
- After receiving an RMA number, the customer must return the merchandise immediately.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
- All refunds will be issued pending inspection and evaluation of merchandise, within 14 days of receipt by Gizmotron LLC. Gizmotron LLC is not responsible for credit card or bank processing delays.
Orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed on a holiday will be queued for processing the following business day.
Orders shipped to destinations within the USA will ship via USPS, Fedex or UPS. Customers will have the option during the checkout process to upgrade their delivery choices for an additional cost.
